Rashid Curtis, originally from New York City, moved to the Triangle Area in 2006 and immediately began investing in rental properties in 2007. Since then he has been involved with rehab projects, rental properties, assisting investors and obtaining his North Carolina real estate license in 2015.
Prior to real estate Rashid had careers in Product Management with IAC, and Management Consulting with Deloitte. He graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and obtained his MBA from New York University.
With Triangle Flats, Rashid’s focus is on building a team of highly motivated real estate professionals to help each clients achieve their specific goals and objectives.
Rashid currently lives in Forest Hills with his wife and three children
